14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with InboxFlood for any reason, request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No questions asked.
1. Eligibility
All paid plans (Pro, Business, and Unlimited) are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@inboxflood.com with your account email address. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
3. After the 14-Day Window
Refund requests made after the 14-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a partial refund or account credit depending on the circumstances. We are not obligated to provide a refund after this period.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or through the customer portal. When you cancel:
- You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
- Your account automatically downgrades to the free plan when the period ends
- No further charges are made after cancellation
- Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund — you must request one separately if within the 14-day window
5. Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the prepaid year.
6. Plan Changes
If you upgrade your plan, the 14-day refund window applies to the upgrade charge. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle — no partial refund is issued for the current period.
7. Free Plan
The free plan costs nothing and requires no payment method. There is nothing to refund.
8. Abuse
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect abuse of the refund policy, such as repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles. Accounts engaging in such behavior may be suspended.
